DECLARATION

1. I hereby declare that I have noted all information and instructions given in institute Prospectus. 
2. I pledge to abide by the rules and registration of the institute and the university and shall not associate my self in any activity that goes against the disciple of the institute.  
3. I have noted that if my attendance in any subject less than 75% then, i am liable to be detained in accordance with the rules of the university. it shall be my own responsibility to be find out my lecture position/ institute House Examination result for the concerned teacher/office/ notice board and I shall be fully responsible for making myself eligible for appearing in final examination.  
4. The principal shall be competent to withdraw my examination from sent provisionally at any time before the commenced of the examination or detain me from appearing in the final examination. If my attendance falls shorts of required percentage of lectures. 
5. I shall abide by the dressing regulations laid down by the institute from time to time, I understand that, I may not be allowed to enter the institute if i am not in specified dress . 
6. I am aware that fees once deposited can not be refunded in any case.
